So, got the new extension, and quickly got tired of the night time. This
little modification allows you to enjoy the tokyo map in bright
sunshine. Note that this will probably remove the night aspect of the
map editor too.

Update v0.3:

-Increased contrast, light and saturation to make is more colourful and
somewhat cartoonish, as I think it really fits the "Japanese" atmosphere

-Updated screenshot in post


Update v0.2:

- Contrast / time of day / fog / Saturation etc. based on Amsterdam MAP
- ALL street lights are turned off
- Some vehicles have lights turned off

Note than turn of the lights of new buildings would most probably
require editing all texture files, which I wont do. So for the sake of
consistency, I will leave every building's lights turned on. It does not
actually look to bad.
Cars still have their headlights on, as well as the new vehicles. All
other vehicles from normal games have their lights switched off.


Simple place in your "addons" folder so it looks like this :
